JACKSON, Miss. – It may be a good time to get the kids and introduce’em to the old outdoors.
Youth hunting season started over the weekend and kids and families are out on the hunt.
Chad Dacus is with Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks and talked about the difference between youth deer season and regular deer hunting season.
Dacus also says it’s a good time to get the kids hunting before it gets too cold.
