Northern Mississippi–
Sunshine with highs in the mid to upper 90s. Heat index readings from 100 to 105. Tonight will be clear with lows in the lower to mid-70s.
Central Mississippi–
Patchy morning fog with a 20% chance of showers and thunderstorms after 2 pm. Highs will be in the upper 90s with heat index readings from 101 to 106. Mostly clear with lows in the lower to mid-70s tonight.
Southern Mississippi–
Patchy morning fog with a 20% chance of showers and thunderstorms during the day. Highs will be in the mid to upper 90s with heat index readings from 102 to 107. Mostly clear with lows in the mid-70s tonight.
