It will be mostly cloudy today with patchy dense fog in the morning. Expect scattered showers during the day, with highs in the lower to mid-70s. Showers and isolated thunderstorms are in the mix tonight, with lows in the mid to upper 50s.
Southern Mississippi
It will be mostly cloudy with patchy fog in the morning and scattered showers during the day. Highs will be in the lower to mid-70s. Tonight will be mostly cloudy with isolated thunderstorms. Lows will be near 60.
There’s a slight risk for severe storms for portions of northeast Louisiana and southwest Mississippi Thursday evening, and a marginal risk for severe storms generally along and west of Interstate 55 corridor late Thursday evening into early Friday morning, generally through around midnight. According to the National Weather Service, damaging wind gusts up to 60mph and tornadoes will be possible.
