Northern Mississippi–
It will be mostly cloudy with showers and thunderstorms through today, with the heaviest thunderstorms expected in the afternoon. Highs will be in the mid-60s. Showers and thunderstorms will continue tonight with lows in the lower to mid-50s.
Central Mississippi–
Partly sunny with a chance of showers to start the day, then thunderstorms in the afternoon that could produce heavy rainfall with highs in the lower 70s. More of the same tonight with lows in the mid to upper 50s.
Southern Mississippi–
Mostly sunny with showers and thunderstorms through the day, the heaviest thunderstorms will occur in the afternoon. Highs will be in the lower 70s. Showers and thunderstorms will continue through the night with lows in the upper 50s.
