JACKSON, Miss.- Two more cases of the West Nile Virus have been confirmed by the Miss. State Department of Health.
The latest cases were diagnosed in Hinds and Rankin County. That makes nine cases of West Nile in Mississippi and one death in Yazoo County from the mosquito-borne virus.
Use mosquito repellent that contains DEET if you go outdoors and get rid of any standing water around your house because mosquitos tend to hang out there.
