JACKSON, Miss.–If you’re looking for some weekend family fun, CelticFest Mississippi kicks off Friday evening.
If you’ve never heard of the festival, it’s the Celtic Heritage Society that puts it on and it’s all about Celtic music, dance, and culture.
It’ll be held at the Mississippi Agricultural and Forestry museum in Jackson and runs from Friday night through Sunday evening.
Each year there are at least a couple nationally known artist that perform and you can see the list for this year here.
An adult ticket for the entire weekend is $15 for adults, $10 for senior citizens, and only $5 for kids under 18-years-old.
