In Central Mississippi, mostly cloudy with a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms. Highs will be in the mid-80s during the heat of the day and at night the chance for showers will continue on into the evening with lows in the mid-60s.
In South Mississippi, the forecast is similar to North and Central Mississippi, mostly cloudy with a chance for scattered showers and thunderstorms throughout the day and into the night. Highs will be in the low to mid-80s and tonight the mercury will be dropping down into the mid-60s.
