Yesterday saw temperature records shattered across the northern half of the state as highs barely reached the upper 60s. Today, things will begin to warm some.
You’re still waking up to some brisk lows and a few spots of rainshowers across north Mississippi. Look for highs to reach the lower 70s today.
Throughout the central part of the state, highs will breach the lower 80s today as sunshine fights through cloud cover.
The Pine Belt and the Coast looking at partly cloudy skies and highs in the mid 80s as well. Expect weekend highs to reach 90.
