JACKSON, Miss.–Weather in Mississippi was really cold last week. Now it has got just a bit warmer and closer to seasonal norms. The high today in central and north Mississippi is in the 50s and near 70 south.
For Tuesday through Thursday it will be cooler, with 40s central and north and low 50s south. Lows will be in the 30s, nowhere near the pipe-busting weather from last week.
There are rain chances today, especially north. Then, slight chances central and south through Thursday.
It may be a sunny weekend.
