Mississippi State was all but left for dead going into the bottom of the ninth inning Sunday night at TD Ameritrade Park, where the Bulldogs were trailing Auburn 4-1 and three outs away from ending a dreadful performance. The game ended instead with a 5-4 Bulldog victory, as a series of incredible events unfolded before a shocked crowd of 22,671 in Omaha.
