Classes have begun at Mississippi State, and with that, the preseason practice schedule changes as the Bulldogs begin to prep for their first opponent, the University of Louisiana. Assistant coaches Terry Richardson, Marcus Johnson, and Chris Marve were at the podium on Wednesday to discuss how their units have progressed this month in preparation for the season opener.

Mississippi State will continue drills this week, with one last scrimmage happening this Saturday before Fan Day festivities begin. The Bulldogs will travel to New Orleans for the opening weekend for a date with the Ragin’ Cajuns in the Mercedes-Benz Superdome.
