Yesterday morning Vicksburg Police officers arrested and charged 22 year-old Austin Marshall Terrell of Vicksburg for the attempted murder of a 14 year-old. The child was shot multiple times around Pearl Street and Egan Avenue and transported to UMMC.
Terrell appeared before a judge where he was held without bond. He was transported to the Warren County Jail where he will be bound over to the next grand jury.
