Vaccine eligibility has been expanded in Mississippi.
One day after stating the possibility, Governor Tate Reeves has announced that Mississippians 50-years and older are now eligible to receive the vaccine.
We are officially expanding vaccination eligibility to anyone fifty years of age or older!
Reach out to our partners like your local healthcare provider, hospital, or pharmacy. Or keep watching https://t.co/ONejOtoyMZ for drive-through appointments statewide!

At the time this is being published, thousands of first-dose appointments remain available at covidvaccine.umc.edu.
All previously eligible groups can continue to sign up including those 65+, those with underlying health conditions, healthcare workers, teachers and first responders.
So far, over 660,000 doses of the vaccine have been administered in Mississippi.
