HATTIESBURG- The University of Southern Mississippi will be hosting “Bodies of Work: The Human Body in Various Forms,” in March.
The event is put on by the University of Southern Mississippi’s English Graduate Organization (EGO) and Center for Writers (C4W). Both are working together to put on the conference to showcase creative and scholarly work on March 3-4.
The conference will take place in the R.C. Cook University Union on the Hattiesburg campus.
During a reception on the 4th, they will feature Mississippi Poet Laureate Beth Ann Fennelly from 7-9 p.m. at the Oddfellows Gallery downtown. The reception is free and open to the public.
