Mary Smith and Heidi Sinning work together at Marry Mcquire’s Cakes in Tupelo, where their identities are often confused for the others.
So, for Halloween they decided to take their “twinning” to the next level.
“We thought it would be really fun to find a costume where we were twins because everyone thinks we are twins even though we’re not,” said Sinning.
“Heidi and I have actually both been renovating our own home lately. We watch a lot of HGTV, love doing that kind of stuff. So, the Property Brothers came to mind,” said Smith.
After the girls were all dressed up they posted a photo on Instagram and tagged HGTV, which got the networks attention. HGTV then asked if they could share the photo to their viewers.
“Everybody who saw it online was like, ‘Oh my gosh, I love your costume,'” said Sinning.
Property Brothers is an HGTV network show that helps people find and renovate their homes.
