Heavy fog and scattered rains mark your early Tuesday across north Mississippi. Highs in the upper 80s will combine with high humidity all day to make for one last steamy afternoon before a cold front sweeps in to dry out the entire state, eventually.
Across the central part of the state, scattered showers and a few rumbles of thunder will make up your day. Highs pushing to near 90 as high humidity creates a muggy experience for you as well.
Isolated thunderstorms also pushing across the Pine Belt today, with highs reaching the mid- to upper- 90s.
Along the Gulf Coast, partly cloudy and muggy with highs in the mid 80s. Look for scattered thunderstorms tomorrow.
