JACKSON, Miss. – Attorney General Jim Hood has come out with a guide trying to protect consumers and small businesses from cyber attacks.
Hood says his main goal is to try and help companies protect their customers personal information. He said, if you work at company that recommends changing your password periodically, that’s a recommendation you should take.
Hood continued saying human error is, the majority of the time, the problem with a lot of cyber attacks and not the fault of the software installed to protect the system.
