The Mississippi Sea Wolves are just one week out from the start of the 2022-2023 Federal Prospects Hockey League (FPHL) season.
Beginning the season with back-to-back road games against the Binghamton Black Bears on Friday, October 21, and Saturday, October 22, the highly anticipated home opener for the Sea Wolves will take place at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum on Friday, October 28 versus the Columbus River Dragons.
The home opener will commence a six-game homestand for the Sea Wolves, their longest of the season. The longest string of road games for the Sea Wolves will come in March and April, an eight-game stretch that takes the team to Columbus, Danbury, and Carolina.
The Sea Wolves will meet the River Dragons, who they defeated 6-2 in Thursday night’s preseason opener, 14 times during their comeback season while playing a total of eight road games at Carolina.
