A Tennessee woman faces four decades behind bars for a DUI-related car crash in Tishomingo County that claimed the life of a boy and left two others with injuries.
On Tuesday, 36-year-old Brittany Norris pleaded guilty to three counts of aggravated DUI in connection with a September 2021 incident that killed a 13-year-old and caused his mother and sister to be permanently injured.
Police were able to determine that Norris was impaired as she was driving along Highway 365 when the accident occurred. No information has been released about the subject’s bond.
