A Tennessee-based metal manufacturing company has expanded to Mississippi.
Blue Steel Manufacturing is a family-owned company headquartered in Henderson, Tenn. Per a press release, it has launched operations at Byhalia’s Industrial Park in Marshall County. The new location is the company’s second and first outside of its home state.
Blue Steel specializes in metal buildings for residential and commercial use. Its expansion to Byhalia is intended to help reach more customers in north Mississippi, west Tennessee, and east Arkansas.
“Our roots in Henderson, Tennessee, have always been about providing reliable, high-quality service to our community,” Blue Steel Manufacturing partner Sam Carroll said. “With this new location, we’re excited to grow our family business and bring that same trusted service to a broader region. Whether you’re a contractor or a homeowner, let us earn your business.”
Blue Steel’s Byhalia facility combines a storefront and offers flexible ordering options, whether in person, over the phone, or online. Customers can visit the store to view product offerings and receive tailored contractor referrals.
According to the release, the new location has a manufacturing side that processes painted coils into roll-formed metal panels, supporting “a wide range of products, including residential and commercial roofing, post frame buildings, rigid frame buildings, barndominiums, board and batten metal sliding, and mini storage units.”
“To us, this isn’t just about expanding – it’s about being a reliable partner in every project,” Carroll continued. “We’re proud to offer durable products, fast service, and a personal touch that comes from being local.”
To celebrate the opening, the Byhalia Area Chamber of Commerce will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Jan. 31 with the public invited to attend.
