JACKSON, MISS– Today’s highs are nearly 10 degrees above normal with plenty of sunshine, but don’t get used to it.
North Mississippi, highs in the upper 60’s, lows tonight dipping into the 40’s.
Central Mississippi, you’re looking at highs in the 70’s, lows in the 40’s.
South Mississippi, mid 70’s, 50’s overnight.
But all the sunshine moves on out Monday, bringing rain and thunderstorms across the state that will stick around through the night, and Tuesday, you could see severe weather in the western portion of the state.
