JACKSON, Miss. — Bonds have been set for the two people charged with kidnapping a Jackson toddler.
Police said Isiah Summerall was taken, at gunpoint, from his mother’s Jackson apartment last week after a family member and others broke into the home and beat up the woman. The child was found a day later in Panola County.
> Howard Tarrio, 31, Anna Hammonds, 30, and Ricky Dandridge, 17, were arrested. Tarrio and Dandridge made their first court appearances Tuesday on kidnapping and burglary charges. Bond for Tarrio was set at $50,000 and $10,000 for Dandridge.
