According to a recent study, the Horseshoe Casino in Tunica is the third-best for having the friendliest staff in America. The Horseshoe Casino received an overall index score of 82.8 out of 100 from Online United States Casinos, with the ranking based on customer reviews.
Factors considered were the total number of customer reviews, reviews mentioning staff, reviews that were four and five stars mentioning staff, and the percentage of positive reviews. The Horseshoe in Tunica placed only behind two of its sister casinos as Horseshoe Baltimore and Horseshoe Hammond came in at No. 1 and No. 2, respectively.
Other Mississippi casinos that ranked inside the Top 100 were the Beau Rivage Casino (No. 19), Hard Rock Casino Biloxi (No. 20), Gold Strike Casino (No. 36), New Palace Casino Point Cadet (No. 42), Treasure Bay Casino and Hotel (No. 56), Island View Casino (No. 57), and IP Casino Resort (No. 58).
