Jackson, Miss–As far as the weather is concerned, it will be a picture perfect Monday for Mississippi.
North Mississippi, not a cloud in the sky, slight breeze, highs in the mid 70’s, 40’s tonight.
Central, you’re seeing much of the same but much warmer as highs knock on 80’s door, lows overnight in the 50’s.
South Mississippi, mid 70’s and clear, wind picking up as the day moves on ahead, with lows dropping into the 50’s.
Tuesday is another beautiful spring day–a little cooler in North Mississippi with highs only reaching the mid 60’s, but still clear, overnight lows for Tuesday dipping into the 50’s.
Not any cooler in Central Mississippi though with temps hitting the near 80 mark again for Central Mississippi, lows in the 50’s.
And for South Mississippi, pushing 80 for the high Tuesday, lows dipping into the 50’s.
Love that sunshine while you can, because Wednesday brings talk of April showers.
The National Weather Service says severe weather with large hail, high winds and heavy rain is possible late Wednesday going into Thursday morning.
