HATTIESBURG, Miss. — A University of Southern Miss student arrested in October on child pornography charges is now facing a federal indictment.
Miles McNairy is accused of having about 160 images on his computer and FBI agents say he told them he has even had sexual contact with some of his younger relatives. McNairy has to stay in jail until his trial, which has yet to be scheduled. A judge says he’s a threat to the community.
