Southern Miss has defeated South Alabama 8-3 at the NCAA Hattiesburg Regional at Pete Taylor Park in Hattiesburg.
Southern Miss progresses to the Regional Final. South Alabama will now face Mississippi State to determine who will play the Golden Eagles.
