Jackson, Miss– Warmer temps across the state today could mean severe weather for Monday and Tuesday.
It’s a nice kickoff to the weekend this Friday with highs in the upper 50’s and 60’s statewide.
North Mississippi, sunny, upper 50’s for the high, dipping into a chilly low in the 40’s.
Mid 60’s for the high in Central Mississippi, mid 40’s for the low.
And in South Mississippi, sunshine, near 70 for the high, 40’s overnight.
The mild weather continues through the weekend, even warmer Saturday.
Upper 60’s for the high in North Mississippi Saturday, with lows dipping just to the 50’s.
Central Mississippi looking at nearly springlike weather… 70’s for the high, 50’s for the overnight low and cool.
And for South Mississippi, mid 70’s and sunny, lows in the 50’s.
Come Sunday, clouds move in for the early part of the week.
