LUCEDALE, Miss. — Skeletal remains found in the woods of George County by hunters are going through DNA testing at the state crime lab.
Donovan Cowart has been missing in the country since January 2013. Investigators said early this year they received a tip that Cowart was dead and possibly buried in George County or Mobile, AL. So far no evidence has been back found to back that up.
There has been no word on who the bones belonged to yet.
