JACKSON, MISS–The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation has cancelled a Silver Alert for 56-year-old Alice Mae Mitchell.
Mitchell was found safe, the Mississippi Department of Public Safety announced Sunday.
Before the alert was issued, she was last seen walking this Saturday at approximately 2:30 a.m. in the 200 block of Mikell Street in South Jackson. Family members say Ms. Mitchell suffers from medical conditions that may impair her judgement.
