MADISON, MISS–The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation has issued a Silver Alert for 34-year-old Billy Ricky Peden.
He was last seen Monday, July 18 at about 6:00 p.m. in the 300 block of Abernathy Road in Flora. Mr. Peden is described as a white male, five feet, 11 inches tall, weighing 130 pounds, he has brown hair and is balding with green eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt and blue jeans. Family members have said Mr. Peden suffers from a medical condition that may impair his judgement.
