COLDWATER, Miss.- The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation issued a Silver Alert for 78-year-old Carl David Manuel of Goliath Road in Coldwater, MS Wednesday.
He is a white male, 6’2” tall, weighing 175 pounds with grey hair and blue eyes. He was last seen Sunday, October 5, wearing a plaid maroon flannel shirt and blue jeans.
Manuel was last seen walking on Goliath Road in Coldwater. Family members say he suffers from a medical condition that could impair his judgment. If anyone has information regarding the whereabouts of Carl David Manuel contact the Tate County Sheriff’s Office at 662-562-4434.
