BILOXI, MISS– A disagreement over smoking in a Waffle House in Biloxi has left a woman dead and a man in jail.
A waitress asked a customer to put his cigarette out. Police say that’s when Johnny Mount walked outside to his truck, grabbed a gun, walked back in and shot her. The woman died at the hospital, Mount was arrested at the Waffle House, reports WLOX.
