The man that sexually assaulted a 4 year old at a Jackson motel and videoed the attack says he’s sorry.
Jemery Hodges says he was hooked on drugs and alcohol and made bad decisions. A judge gave him 23 years in the pen. Another man arrested in the case will be sentenced in December.
