As we head into the season finale of America’s Got Talent, the Chapel Hart craze in Mississippi has reached an all-time high.
In support of the country music trio, the Pearl River County Board of Supervisors and the City of Poplarville have declared the week of September 11-17 as “Chapel Hart Week.”

Pearl River Community College has also extended an invitation to the community to join students and faculty at a free outdoor watch party on Tuesday, September 13. The party will be held at Debbie Holden Stadium in Poplarville from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m.
Leading up to show time, PRCC President Dr. Adam Breerwood and representatives from Pearl River County will say a few words before the Spirit of the River Drumline provides a countdown to the start of the program. Concessions, as well as Chapel Hart merchandise, will be available for purchase.
Chapel Hart, made up of sisters Danica and Devynn Hart as well as their cousin Trea Swindell, received an unanimous Golden Buzzer during the auditions round. Then last month, a fiery performance of their original titled “The Girls Are Back In Town” landed the Mississippi group a spot in the AGT Final.
