JACKSON, Miss – A woman is facing life behind bars in Mississippi, when she is sentenced Tuesday for the death of an adult entertainer from Atlanta.
Tracy Lynn Garner was found guilty of depraved heart murder Friday for the 2012 death of Karima Gordon. The Georgia woman died days after having an illegal cosmetic injection so her bottocks would look bigger. Prosecutors say Gordon, 37, paid Garner $1,500 for the procedure, which was done at Garner’s Jackson home.
Garner is facing similar charges in the death of an Alabama resident, but no trial date has been set.
