ADAMS COUNTY, MISS– Wanted for first degree murder in Texas, Kevin Michael Waguespack ran from Travis County deputies and made his way into Adams County, Mississippi.
That’s where Waguespack, 32, was arrested at a family home and charged with first degree murder. The family in the home told deputies they took his gun and locked it in the safe. When deputies arrived, the gun was turned over to them.
Waguespack is in the Adams County jail.
