Yesterday a Richland Police Officer pulled over a vehicle for a traffic violation. As the officer was issuing a traffic citation, Rechard Jimaal Russell fled the scene in the vehicle he was driving.
During the short pursuit Russell threw numerous amounts of narcotics from his vehicle.
Officers have recovered the narcotics and Russell is charged with Felony Fleeing and Eluding a Police Officer and Trafficking Methamphetamine.
