STARKVILLE, Miss.–Reports on Thursday afternoon are stating the football program at Mississippi State University will be informed of infractions committed in a Friday morning press conference.
Joe Schad of ESPN announced on Twitter the NCAA is set to hold an 10 a.m. press conference on Friday to announce infractions that “are considered major in nature and do involve former WR coach Angelo Mirando and DB Will Redmond.”
Mirando was let go before the last football season in Starkville without much of an explanation and some reports had linked him to possible trouble.
MSU athletics had “no comment” for News Mississippi reached out to them Thursday and would only confirm there is an 10 a.m. teleconference scheduled for possible findings.
