Jackson, Miss–Franklin Graham’s Decision America Tour 2016 is swinging by the State Capitol, the organization announces. He’ll host a prayer rally April 13 at noon on the steps of the capitol. Now Franklin Graham is the son of Billy Graham, the widely known evangelical Christian who led events such as the Billy Graham Crusades and has written many books.
