JACKSON, Miss. – It’s The largest cash seizure in the history of Hinds County.
Sheriff Victor Mason tells WLBT, that $1 million was found by county officers, Monday. Police say a vehicle was seen driving erratically on I-20 and that’s when officers pulled the driver over.
After searching the car police found the money stashed inside the cars doors.
Federal investigators have been brought in to assist in the case.
