While the 2019 college football season is about to begin, Ole Miss and Mississippi State have released their schedules for the 2020 season.
*The Egg Bowl (Oxford) will once again be on Thanksgiving night in 2020.
Ole Miss:
For the second time in three years, the Rebels will take part in the AdvoCare Texas Kickoff in Houston. After taking down Texas Tech in 2018, Ole Miss will meet Baylor to kick off the 2020 season. After a matchup with Southeast Missouri in week 2, the Rebels enter their toughest stretch of the season with five straight SEC games including matchups against Auburn, @ LSU and Alabama.
The Rebels’ SEC East opponents include Vanderbilt (week 6) and Florida (week 7).
Mississippi State:
The Bulldogs will open the 2020 season at home against New Mexico before heading on the road to face NC State in week 2 before beginning SEC play against Arkansas at home in week 3.
The Bulldogs’ gauntlet of SEC opponents begins in week 5 against Texas A&M and continues with Alabama (road), LSU (road), Auburn, Missouri, and Kentucky (road).
