GREENWOOD, Miss.- Guytrell Hawkins, a prisoner from the Greenwood Restitution center has escaped.
It happened late Monday night. Hawkins was serving time for a probation violation after he was convicted of two counts of burglary of an unoccupied dwelling in Coahoma County.
After his violation he was ordered to a restitution center until all of his fines and fees were paid. He has been at the Greenwood facility since Nov. 24, 2015.
