JACKSON, MISS– For the second time, the Conerly Trophy goes home with Mississippi State Quarterback Dak Prescott.
Prescott and Eli Manning are the only two to win this honor twice. The Conerly Trophy has been given to the top college football quarterback in the state for the past 20 years. 5 of the last 7 years, a Mississippi State player took home the trophy.
Not only is Prescott adored by the Mississippi State community, but fans love him as well. Prescott’s game was on point this year, throwing for 3,413 yards, 25 touchdowns and only four interceptions, ran for a record 541 yards and 10 touchdowns.
