CLINTON, Miss.- Police are trying to determine what caused a problem that led to a man being hit by a car.
It happened Friday morning at Home Depot in Clinton. The man hit was hired to deliver the vehicle. Police told WAPT that the man was delivering a vehicle from California and when the individual who was picking it up arrived there was an altercation. They do not know what all took place because police have not been able to talk to the victim.
His injuries appeared to be fairly serious and he was taken to the hospital. The other individual was later arrested.
Amjad Almadhun was put behind bars and charged with aggravated assault. Bond was set at $100,000.
