Spirit of Women sponsored by Forrest General Hospital is a collection of 8,000+ females in a 19 county area who come together to be educated, equipped, and encouraged to be healthier.
Each year programs are customized to meet the needs of today’s women and their families, providing health education events and health screening.
Not all events are based on medical issues, like their popular “Chalk Talk” event. USM coaching staff, players, and cheerleaders educate the Spirit of Women members on football lingo.
