PETAL, Miss.- A body was found in Petal over the weekend and police have finally been able to identify who it was.
Forrest County Deputy Coroner Lisa Klem confirmed with police that the body belonged to Rodney A. Gann.
Gann was found dead in a 2003 Red PT Cruiser in the woods behind Magnolia Lane. The car was bulled to the street on Sunday when police mad the discovery.
His body was sent to the state crime lab in Jackson for an autopsy to determine cause of death.
