JACKSON, Miss. – An ambulance was stolen from St. Dominick’s hospital in Jackson over the weekend.
Police said the ambulance was left running while operators went inside. The patient inside the vehicle getting transported to the hospital said he wanted to go home, according to police.
The ambulance was recovered less than an hour later in Scott County and the suspect was arrested.
