GREENVILLE, Miss. – A Greenville elementary school maintenance worker has died after being stabbed on campus Tuesday.
Police said Willie Dean, III was stabbed in the parking lot of Susie Trigg Elementary School and died at a local hospital. His body has been sent to Jackson for an autopsy.
While investigators said the students there were never in any danger, the school was put on lock down as a precaution. Kevin Boston, 32, has been arrested and is being held at the Washington County Correctional facility. No motive for the stabbing has been released. Police continue to investigate.
