A mother in Oxford has been charged following the death of her infant son.
31-year-old Stephanie Henry was taken into custody after officers arrived at a local hotel around 4 a.m. on Sunday and found her infant son unresponsive.
The officers performed CPR until emergency medical services arrived. The baby boy was then taken to the hospital but he died shortly after.
Henry was officially charged with Manslaughter – Culpable Negligence and her bond was set at $250,000.
The investigation into the child’s death is ongoing, and no cause of death has been released at this time.
