JACKSON, Miss – You can open carry your gun. House Bill 2 was upheld by the Mississippi Supreme Court Thursday afternoon.
Before the law went into effect in July 1 it was blocked a Hinds County Circuit Court Judge Winston Kidd. He said it was unconstitutionally vague. The Mississippi Supreme Court vacated the ruling of Kidd’s injunction.
You can now carry your gun on your person without a permit as along as it is in full view.
